Unexploded Ordnance
The legacy of Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) on areas of former military conflict and military training areas, constitute not only a safety risk but can also delay construction programmes or even render land unusable. While UXO lays buried and undisturbed the risk is relatively benign; however if intrusive works are undertaken the risk of encountering, and therefore the threat posed becomes apparent.
Through the safe removal of UXO's, development can continue safely and without the possibility of costly delays.
Fully qualified Explosives Engineers are supplied to sites and ships to monitor works providing an immediate on site response in the event of an ordnance find, reducing the disruption caused to a minimum.
A team of fully qualified EOD-divers can be deployed.
Bom-Be also offers UXO Awareness Briefings and Training.
